Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Aadab. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Aadab is a fragrance brand operating from Karachi, Pakistan. Our contact details are on our Contact Information page.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your area, if there has been a pricing or listing error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery across Pakistan. Payment is made in cash to the rider when your order arrives. The amount shown on your order confirmation is the full amount payable, delivery included.

Product information

We describe our fragrances and their notes as accurately as we can. Photographs are taken in studio conditions, and colour may vary slightly on your screen. Fragrance is personal: how a scent develops, and how long it lasts, varies from person to person and with skin type, weather and storage. A scent behaving differently on you than described is not a fault — though our returns policy is written so that you are not stuck with a bottle you dislike.

Skin sensitivity

Our fragrances contain alcohol and are for external use on skin only. Do not spray on broken or irritated skin, and keep away from eyes. If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, please test on a small area of skin first, and message us on WhatsApp if you would like more information about a particular fragrance before you buy. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. Keep out of reach of children. Perfume is flammable — store away from direct heat and sunlight.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. Any review or content you submit must be your own and lawful; we may remove content that is not.

Our content

The Aadab name, logo, product names, photography and website text belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
