Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Charges and timing
- Karachi — Rs 300, delivered within 24 business hours.
- Rest of Pakistan — Rs 300, 4 to 5 working days, sent by Leopards Courier.
- Orders over Rs 5,000 — delivery is free.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan at no extra charge, with no advance payment required. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider where possible.
Order processing
Orders are checked and packed within one working day. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
A note on how perfume travels
Perfume contains alcohol, which makes it a flammable liquid. Couriers worldwide restrict flammable goods from air freight, so every Aadab order travels by road. This is why delivery outside Karachi takes a few days longer than you may be used to with other online orders, and why a small number of remote locations cannot be served. If your area is affected, we will contact you before taking payment.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
If delivery fails
Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable — an unreachable number is the single most common reason an order comes back to us. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a second delivery charge may apply.
