About an order you have already placed
Please have your order number ready — it is in your confirmation message. With it we can tell you where your parcel is in seconds; without it we have to go looking.
Tracking numbers are sent by WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. If a working day has passed and you have not received one, message us.
Returns and refunds
Message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back, and please read Returns & Refunds first. Unannounced returns can go missing in transit, and we cannot refund a bottle that never reaches us.

Where we are
Aadab is based in Karachi and delivers across Pakistan. Karachi orders arrive within 24 business hours; the rest of the country takes 4 to 5 working days by Leopards Courier. Delivery is Rs 300, and free on orders over Rs 5,000.
